Optical Encoder
The Honeybee Robotics hollow shaft rotary encoder offers differential A, B, and index tracks in a small, modular package. The unit is radiation hardened up to 100 krad and can operate from -40C to +60C. The diffractive encoder also offers clean analog signals that can be used for interpolation to offer up to 21 bits of resolution.
